The TRIPLEX Unloading Flap – With the Safety Closure Hinge (SCH)

TRIPLEX safety hinges are known for their outstanding closure tightness, excellent strength and workhorse durability. Their new and improved geometrical shape provides even tighter closing of the flap – exactly flush with the enclosure wall. This no-gap closure ensures dust-free and dry storage and transport.

QuickSlide 2.0 – the new optimised lock for TRIPLEX unloading flaps

The new QuickSlide 2.0 is an innovative locking solution for all TRIPLEX unloading flaps that is protected by a utility model. Made from 100% recyclable polypropylene, this sliding lock replaces conventional hook-and-loop closures, providing a secure, durable fastening. The strong locking mechanism prevents unintentional opening of the unloading flap, while the optionally available magnetic link fixes the flap securely to the pallet enclosure when open. Being designed as a single piece, the locking mechanism is extremely robust, weatherproof, and easy to operate, meaning unloading flaps can be opened and closed quickly, safely and securely. In addition, the locking area is sealed completely, which stops liquids getting in, simplifies cleaning, and makes QuickSlide 2.0 ideal for use in the food industry and in pallet pooling.

QuickFit – the patented connecting profile for two-part sleeve systems

QuickFit can be used to quickly and securely connect two-part TRIPLEX pallet enclosures. Instead of time-consuming, imprecise positioning using hook-and-loop straps, this innovative profile ensures the two sleeve elements are aligned precisely, significantly improving the stability of the whole pallet enclosure. Thanks to the simple plug-in system, the sleeve elements can be connected and detached effortlessly. A patented locking notch fixes the profile permanently to one of the two parts of the sleeve, meaning no additional adhesive or riveted connections are required. The whole system remains completely recyclable, since both QuickFit and the pallet enclosure are made from single-origin polypropylene. The sleeve and profile can be folded down together and stored between the pallet and the cover to save space.

QuickLock – the locking system for maximum transport safety

QuickLock provides a stable and secure connection between the pallet enclosure and the pallet, and makes it possible to tell at a glance whether the container system is open or closed. Thanks to the use of a two-colour design, the status of the lock is visible even out of the corner of your eye – which is a significant advantage when it comes to achieving greater safety and efficiency in logistics. QuickLock is not integrated into the pallet itself, but rather directly into the pallet enclosure. This enables convenient operation, as no awkward handling from the floor is necessary. The hole-free design prevents water penetration, making QuickLock ideal for use in various transport and storage environments. What’s more, the system is 100% recyclable, suitable for retrofitting into pre-existing systems, and can be used with sleeves of all sizes.
